How to Manage workspace

 

Upon successful login to the Seen platform, users are directed to the main dashboard page.

 

 

 

 

 

You can create more than one workspace

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A quick overview of the elements within the workspace dashboard includes:

-Channels (connected communication channels linked to the account owner's Meta Business account).

Contacts (a list of customer data that can be uploaded and added to Seen for direct communication).

Broadcast messages (the number of message templates sent to the target audience)
