Contacts

When a customer contacts our customer service via WhatsApp, their number will be automatically recorded in this list and we will be able to easily reconnect with them later.

You can add your business's customer base in two ways:

manually adding each contact,

or by using a bulk upload method.

• Import your customer data by selecting the 'upload contact file' option:

• By applying tags to files, you can easily distinguish between different customer data and locate specific customer information without having to manually search through a vast number of records
